Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect
We collect only the information necessary to provide our secure mobile proxy service:
- Account Information: Name, Email, and Encrypted Password.
- Extension Data: To maintain your login session, our browser extension stores your License Key and Session Token locally on your device.
- Payment Data: Processed securely by Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers.
- Usage Logs: To comply with legal requirements and manage subscription limits, we log your Source IP, the Assigned Mobile Node IP, data usage amount, and connection timestamps. We do NOT log the content of your browsing traffic (URLs, search terms, bodies, etc.) unless required by a valid court order.
2. How We Route Your Traffic (Service Disclosure)
The TrueResi Browser Extension routes your internet requests through a secure network of mobile exit nodes (cellular connections). This architecture allows you to browse the web with a authentic mobile IP address. While we secure the connection to our nodes, we recommend using HTTPS-enabled websites to ensure end-to-end encryption of your data content.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your data to:
- Provision and authenticate access to the TrueResi mobile network.
- Enforce bandwidth limits and subscription validity.
- Process payments and prevent fraud.
- Send service notifications (e.g., node availability, expiration alerts).
4. Data Retention
Usage logs are retained for 30 days and then automatically deleted. Account information is retained as long as your account is active.
5. Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We only share data with trusted processors (like Stripe for payments) necessary to run the business.
6. Acceptable Use & Liability
TrueResi prohibits the use of our network for illegal activities, including but not limited to fraud, hacking, or the distribution of illegal content.
You are solely responsible for your activities while using our service. TrueResi cooperates fully with Massachusetts and Federal law enforcement and will disclose connection logs (Source IP and Assigned IP) upon receipt of a valid subpoena or court order.
7. Governing Law
This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
