1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the TrueResi Mobile Network ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

You agree NOT to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to:

• Distribution of malware, viruses, or phishing scams.
• Credit card fraud or identity theft.
• Harassment, bullying, or threatening behavior.
• Accessing illegal content (e.g., child exploitation materials).
• DDoS attacks or unauthorized network scanning.

Violation of this policy will result in immediate account termination without refund.

3. No Resale

You may not resell, sub-license, or redistribute access to your assigned proxy ports to third parties without explicit written permission from TrueResi.

4. Limitation of Liability

TrueResi provides the Service "as is." We are not liable for any damages, data loss, or legal consequences resulting from your use of the Service. You are solely responsible for your online activities.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

• Subscriptions: You may cancel at any time via the Dashboard. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
• Day Passes & Data Packs: These are non-refundable once the proxy credentials have been generated and provisioned.

6. Changes to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time (including limiting bandwidth or changing pricing) with reasonable notice.
